Zucchini savory cake: you'll fall in love with this meal

Ingredients:
2 Zucchini about 600g
1 small onion
Salt, pepper, strong paprika
Origan
Olive oil
3 large eggs
Parmesan 40g
Sweet paprika
Breadcrumbs 30g
20 cm mold
Gouda cheese (or mozzarella or provola)
Directions:
1. First wash and cut the zucchini.
2. Arrange them on a baking sheet and add the onion, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and olive oil.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
4. In the meantime, mix the eggs with Parmesan, paprika, breadcrumbs and then add the cooked zucchini.
5. Assemble the cake also adding the cheese.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
