Fried mini donuts: the simple way to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
300 g flour
150 g warm milk
70 g sugar
40 g melted butter
12 g brewer’s yeast
1 egg
Vanillin
Directions:
In a bowl melt the brewer’s yeast with warm milk.
Then add flour, sugar and vanillin.
Add egg, melted butter and mix well.
Make a uniform dough and leave to rest for about 2 hours.
Spread the dough, make the donuts and cover them for 45 minutes.
Then fry the donuts in hot oil and pass them into the sugar.
