Raisins soft bread: everyone will fall in love this recipe

Ingredients:
Raisins Soft Bread
7g (2¼ tsp) instant dry yeast
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm water/milk
375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour/bread flour
1 tsp salt
20g (3 tbsp) milk powder (skip if not available)
1 large egg, room temperature.
1 cup raisins
42g (3 tbsp) soft butter
1 egg yolk+1 tsp sugar +1 tbsp milk/water
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix yeast, sugar and water.
2. Cover for 10 minutes.
3. Then add flour, salt, milk powder and egg.
4. Then add the raisins and mix well.
5. Finally add the soft butter and smooth for about 5 minutes.
6. Leave the dough for 2/3 hours.
7. Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
8. Make the bread and cover for about 20 minutes.
9. Mix egg yolk, sugar and milk. Spread on the bread.
10. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
