Cuttlefish and potatoes: the recipe of the rich and tasty dish

Ingredients:
3/4 potatoes
300 g of clean cuttlefish
2 bay leaves
1 glass of wine
1 tablespoon of turmeric
Pepper
Olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Broth
Parsley
Nutmeg
1 slice of bread
Salt
Directions:
1. In a frying pan sauté garlic and onion, then add a slice of bread.
2. Put everything in a container and add pepper, salt, paprika, water and blend.
3. Sauté the cuttlefish and then add the wine. Add bay leaf, turmeric, nutmeg, the mixture with garlic and onion, broth and salt.
4. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the potatoes and parsley.
5. Cook for at least 15 minutes and serve.
