Crusted tuna: the crispy and delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 lemon
1 slice of bluefin tuna
Japanese breadcrumbs (flaky breadcrumbs)
flour
Peanut oil
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. First, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
2. Pass the tuna steak in the flour and then in the eggs.
3. Finally pass it in the breading and fry it in hot oil.
4. It will take 30/40 seconds for each side.
5. Season it as you like and serve it sliced.
