Sweet bread rolls with chocolate chips: a fluffy recipe to try

Ingredients:
175g Manitoba flour
75g "00" flour
175g warm milk
20g butter (room temperature)
35g sugar
2g salt
9g fresh brewer's yeast
50g chocolate chips
FILLING:
200g hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. First dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
2. Then in a bowl mix the flour, sugar, milk with yeast and then the salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
3. Then add the butter and chocolate chips.
4. Cover and let rise 90 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into balls of 75 gr each.
6. Cover them and let them rise for an hour.
7. Brush with milk and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
8. Stuff and serve this delight.
