Ricotta fritters: easy, fast and so delicious dessert

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
120g of granulated sugar
250gr of ricotta from the fridge
grated zest of an orange or lemon
half a sachet of baking powder
cinnamon
180g of soft wheat flour 00
fry oil
 
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Then add the ricotta, citrus peel (optional), yeast and cinnamon.
3. Finally add the flour and integrate well until you get a uniform dough without lumps.
4. Form the pancakes with two spoons and fry them in hot oil.
5. Dip them in sugar and serve.
