Rice flour pancakes: a light and so delicious alternative

Ingredients:
2/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of milk a little at a time
Chocolate & cheese for the filling (other fillings)
A little oil for the pan
 
Directions:
1. Mix together rice flour, corn flour, baking soda, salt and sugar.
2. Then add egg, vanilla and milk.
3. Cook the pancakes and fill them as you prefer.
