Brioche ravioli: delicious and quick to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) of yogurt
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
1 egg
Salt
350g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
7g (1 1/2 tsp) of baking powder
Jam
Egg white
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar

METHOD
- In a bowl add the yogurt, vanilla sugar, sugar, egg, salt, and mix. Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour. Mix everything well until the dough is made.
- Add flour to the baking surface and roll out the dough to 1 cm thick. With a pasta cutter, cut the dough into strips and add the jam to every other strip, making a distance of a few centimeters.
- Brush each strip of jam with egg white and cover with an empty strip. Press well with your hands to close very tightly.
- Cut the dough with the pasta cutter to create the ravioli shape.
- Fry the ravioli in the hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides and decorate with powdered sugar.
