Brioche ravioli: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk
15g (1 ½ tbsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
1 egg
7g (1 tsp) dry yeast
15g (1 tbsp) butter
40ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
350g (3 cups) flour
Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Pour milk, sugar, and yeast into a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients. 
  2. Add oil, egg whites, flour, and salt. Knead the dough and then add the butter. Knead until compact. Leave to rest for 60 minutes. 
  3. Divide the dough into 8 balls.
  4. Roll out the balls with a rolling pin, then make grooves with a stick. Fill with cheese and shape. 
  5. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. 
  6. Coat the brooches with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
  7. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
