Brioche ravioli: easy and delicious

INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk
15g (1 ½ tbsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
1 egg
7g (1 tsp) dry yeast
15g (1 tbsp) butter
40ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
350g (3 cups) flour
Cheese
METHOD
- Pour milk, sugar, and yeast into a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients.
- Add oil, egg whites, flour, and salt. Knead the dough and then add the butter. Knead until compact. Leave to rest for 60 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls.
- Roll out the balls with a rolling pin, then make grooves with a stick. Fill with cheese and shape.
- Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Coat the brooches with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes. Serve.
