Puff pastry cake with cream and berries: the delicious recipe to try

Ingredients:
500 g puff pastry
Water
Sugar
250 g berries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
Juice of 1/2 lemon
350 g whipped cream
250 g yogurt
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Cut two discs of puff pastry forming wedges with one of the two.
2. Prick the pastry and cover it with water and sugar.
3. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
4. Cook the berries with sugar, starch and lemon juice.
5. Whip the cream with yogurt and powdered sugar.
6. Assemble the cake and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
