Sponge chocolate squares: the easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
110 g eggs
180 g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 g melted butter
125 g plain yogurt
150 ml whole milk
280 g flour
8 g yeast
Vanilla
To fill:
100 g mascarpone
100 ml cream
50 g honey
DECORATION
Currant
Sugars
Hazelnut cream to taste
Directions:
1. Dough: mix the eggs with sugar, salt and melted butter. Then add yogurt, milk, flour, yeast and vanillin. Pour the mixture into molds and bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
2. Filling: whip the mascarpone with cream and honey.
3. Stuff the squares and decorate them.
