Christmas chocolate log: the delicious dessert without oven

Ingredients:

100 gr. Mascarpone or cream cheese

200 gr. Dulce de leche

40 round cookies

Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Milk

150 gr. Chocolate 85%

2 tablespoons of coconut oil, butter or cream

1 teaspoon of brandy (optional)

Coconut flour to decorate

Directions:

1. Mix the cheese with the dulce de leche.

2. In a bowl, mix milk, cinnamon and liqueur.

3. Wet the biscuits and assemble the log, put it in the fridge.

4. Then melt the chocolate and decorate the log.

5. Leave in the fridge until you serve it.
