Apple and cinnamon cake: the recipe for a soft and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
5 apples - 600 g
2 eggs
200 g of all purpose flour
180 g of sugar
200 g of whole milk
100 g of butter
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
Lemon zest
Lemon juice
Directions:
1. Peel and cut the apples in thin slices.
2. Place them in a bowl and mix them with lemon juice.
3. In a bowl mix eggs and sugar, then add melted butter too.
4. Add baking powder, cinnamon, lemon juice and zest, flour too.
5. Assemble the cake and add apples and cinnamon on top.
6. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
