Mini fried donuts: the recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
220 g of all purpose flour
220 g of Manitoba flour
40 g of sugar
Half a cube of fresh brewer's yeast
200 g of warm milk
1 egg
1 tbsp of citrusy liquor
7 g of salt
50 g of butter
1 l of seeds oil for frying
Granulated sugar for coating
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flours, sugar, crumbled yeast, liquor, warm milk and egg.
2. Knead for at least 10 minutes.
3. Open the dough and mix in salt and butter.
4. Cover and let rise for about two hours and a half.
5. Cut the dough into pieces (about 40 g each) and make the donut shape with your hands.
6. Let rise another hour and a half.
7. Fry them in hot oil until golden on both sides.
8. When they're still hot, coat them with granulated sugar.
