Potato mini pies: the easy, fast and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
thyme and fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Sliced scamorza cheese to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into slices, keeping the peel.
2. Prepare a mix of thyme, rosemary, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
3. Season the potatoes and assemble the pies by adding the smoked cheese.
4. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
