Salmon soup: how to prepare this amazing and delicious meal

Ingredients:
500 gr. Salmon in cubes
1 liter of fish broth
3-4 medium potatoes
A few bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 piece of chilli
2 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
salt
pepper
Olive oil
1 glass of white wine
Fresh parsley
For the broth:
Fish head and bones
1 liter of water
2 cloves of garlic
A piece of onion
A piece of tomato
A piece of green pepper
2 bay leaves
A few leaves of fresh parsley
Directions:
1. First prepare the broth and then strain it to keep it ready for the soup.
2. Cut all the ingredients and start to fry them in a large pan. Then add the grated tomato, broth, spices and cook. Finally add the salmon and integrate it well with the other ingredients.
3. Once you have obtained a thick and amalgamated mixture, you can serve.
