Melon cheesecake: the creamy and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
100g biscuits
40g melted butter
CHEESE CREAM:
6g gelatin in sheets
200g spreadable cheese
100g melon puree
50g sugar
30g water
80g white chocolate
150ml cream
20g sugar
MELON JELLY:
20g sugar
80g water
100g melon puree
4g gelatin in sheets
 
Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Mash the mixture into the mold and refrigerate.
2. Cream: soak the gelatin. Mix the cheese with the sugar and add the melon puree, water, cream and melted white chocolate. Dissolve the gelatine leaves in part of the mixture and then pour it on the base. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
3. Gelatin: soak the gelatin sheets. Mix the puree with water and sugar, heat and dissolve the gelatin.
Pour over the cheesecake and refrigerate for 2 hours, then serve.
