Melon bread: a tasty cake that kids will love!

Just blend all the ingredients and your cake will be ready!

INGREDIENTS:
 
Melon – 150g ( 1 cup )
Cake flour – 150g ( 1 1/5 cups )
Brown sugar – 120g ( 2/3 cup )
Oil – 50ml ( 3 1/2 tbsp )
Milk – 50ml ( 3 1/3 tbsp )
2 Eggs
Salt – 4g ( 1 tsp )
Lemon zest
Corn starch – 15g ( 2 tbsp )
 
 
Decoration:
 
Melon pieces
Icing sugar
 
 
 
METHOD:
 
  1. Cut the melon. In a bowl add brown sugar, eggs, lemon peel and a little salt. Mix it.
  2. Put the melon into a blender and blend it. In the bowl add milk, oil and flour. Mix it and add blended melon. Mix it and put the mixture into a springform pan.
  3. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with some melon slices and icing sugar.
