Fluffy melon cake: how to make a beautiful cake with a unique flavor

INGREDIENTS
1 melon
3 eggs
100g (½ cup) sugar
salt
50ml (¼ cup) oil
230ml (1 cup) condensed milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
 
METHOD
  1. Peel and chop the melon.
  2. Place the melon in a blender and pour the eggs over it. Beat. Then add all the other ingredients. Beat.
  3. Grease a mold with butter and pour out the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
