Pan-cooked pie with melon: the summer recipe fluffy and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
4 Slices of melon
20g (1 tbsp) Butter
30g (2 tbsp) Sugar

Cake mixture:
1 Egg
50g (3 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
60ml (¼ cup) Oil
60g (¼ cup) Greek yogurt
60ml (¼ cup) Milk
160g (1 1/5 cup) Flour
8g (1 tsp) Baking powder

METHOD
  1. In a pan put the butter and sugar. Mix and let it caramelize. Add slices of melon to it and cook.
  2. For the cake: In a bowl add egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix it and add oil. Mix then add greek yogurt, milk, and mix.
  3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix it all well and pour over the melon in the pan. Cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip it over and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar.
