Pan-cooked pie with melon: the summer recipe fluffy and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
4 Slices of melon
20g (1 tbsp) Butter
30g (2 tbsp) Sugar
Cake mixture:
1 Egg
50g (3 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
60ml (¼ cup) Oil
60g (¼ cup) Greek yogurt
60ml (¼ cup) Milk
160g (1 1/5 cup) Flour
8g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
20g (1 tbsp) Butter
30g (2 tbsp) Sugar
Cake mixture:
1 Egg
50g (3 tbsp) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
60ml (¼ cup) Oil
60g (¼ cup) Greek yogurt
60ml (¼ cup) Milk
160g (1 1/5 cup) Flour
8g (1 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
- In a pan put the butter and sugar. Mix and let it caramelize. Add slices of melon to it and cook.
- For the cake: In a bowl add egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix it and add oil. Mix then add greek yogurt, milk, and mix.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix it all well and pour over the melon in the pan. Cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- Flip it over and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar.
