How to make an easy detox water to reduce bloating

Ingredients:
Mint leaves
Juice of 3 lemons
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 glasses of cold water
Ice cubes

Directions:
1. Clean the mint leaves well and dry them.
2. Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice.
3. Mix and then blend mint, lemon juice and water.
4. Add a couple of teaspoons of sugar and mix.
5. Serve with ice.
