Watermelon pudding with lemon crumble: the easy dessert to try

Ingredients:
150g "00" flour
65g sugar
1 yolk
80g melted butter
1g salt
1 lemon (peel)
WATERMELON PUDDING:
200g mascarpone
100g cream
65g sugar
4g gelatin in sheets
200g watermelon puree
WATERMELON JELLY:
25g sugar
150g watermelon puree
3g gelatin in sheets
Directions:
1.Crumble: put flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Then add the lemon zest, melted butter and yolk. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 356°F(180°) for 10 minutes.
2. Pudding: whip the cream and put it in the fridge. Then put the gelatine leaves in a bowl with cold water. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar, then add the watermelon puree, the melted gelatin and the cream.
3. Assemble the dessert and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours.
4. Prepare the jelly and pour it over the pudding, then refrigerate for another 2 hours.
5. Decorate and serve the dessert.
