Ingredients:
150 gr of dry biscuits
100 gr of macaroons
100 gr of butter
2 large eggs
130 gr granulated sugar
500 gr of ricotta
250 gr dark chocolate
Lemon glaze
1 organic lemon
40 ml of water
50 grams of powdered sugar
a tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch)

Directions:
1. Base: blend the biscuits with the macaroons and then add the butter. Spread the mixture and let it rest in the fridge.
2. Cheesecake: whip the egg yolks with the sugar then add the ricotta and chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture.
Roll out the dough on the base and bake at 200 ° for 45 minutes.
3. Icing: Boil the lemon peels for 4 minutes. Separately, mix the lemon juice with water, sugar and starch. Let it thicken and add the lemon peels.
