Cheese bread rolls: the easy recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
7 gr dry yeast
250 ml water
125 gr flour
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon of salt
125 gr cheese
Directions:
1. Pre-dough: mix water, yeast and 125 grams of flour. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. Then add salt another 250 grams of flour and salt.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Divide into six parts and form the sandwiches, let them rest for 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 230 ° for 20 minutes.
