Baked eggplants: how to make them special with simple ingredients

Ingredients:
2 Eggplants
Olive oil
Origan
salt
Cherry tomatoes 200 gr
Mozzarella 125 gr
Chili pepper
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Capers 1 tbsp
 
Directions:
1. Cut the eggplants into slices and season with oil, oregano and salt.
2. Bake at 400°F/200 ° for 15 minutes.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes and add the mozzarella, chilli, breadcrumbs and capers.
4. Cover the eggplants and bake at 356°F/180° for 15 minutes.
