Chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake: the delicious no bake dessert

Ingredients:
200 gr of biscuits
60 gr of hazelnuts
120 gr of butter
10 gr of gelatin
2 tablespoons of water
150 gr of dark chocolate
500 gr of spreadable cheese
50 grams of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of liqueur
250 ml of fresh cream
Directions:
1. Blend the hazelnuts and then the biscuits. Combine the two ingredients and mix with the melted butter. Mash on the base of the mold and let it rest in the fridge.
2. Soak the gelatine and whip the cream.
3. Mix cheese and powdered sugar, then add cream, liqueur and melted gelatin.
4. Divide the mixture and mix half with the hazelnuts and half with the melted chocolate.
5. Assemble the cheesecake and leave in the fridge overnight.
