Custard and chocolate chips rolls: the simple and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
170 grams of milk
the zest of a lemon
30 gr sugar
10 gr corn starch
5 gr rice starch
4 yolks
200 gr chocolate chips
1 roll of puff pastry
Directions:
1. Cream: heat the milk with the lemon zest.
Separately, mix the powders with the egg yolks, then gradually add the milk. Bring to the fire and let it thicken. Cover the cream with cling film and let it cool.
2. Roll out the puff pastry roll, stuff it and roll it up.
3. Cut the swivels and bake at 356°F/180° for 20 minutes.
