Buttermilk biscuits: the recipe to make then perfect and tasty

Ingredients:
312.5g (2.5 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour 4g (1 tsp) baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda
2.5g (1/2 tsp) salt
15g (1 tbsp) sugar
113g (1/2 cup) semi froze unsalted butter
180ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk
Egg or melted butter for brush the top
Directions:
1. In a bowl sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
2. Then add butter and buttermilk.
3. Mix well the dough.
4. Spread the dough and divide it into 8 pieces.
5. Brush with melted butter or egg.
6. Bake at 400°F (200°) for. 15 minutes.
