Cheese garlic biscuits: the recipe to make them so delicious

Ingredients:
312.5g (2.5 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour
4g (1 tsp) baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt or skip it, cheese is salty
1/4 tsp pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (1 tsp minced garlic)
2 tbsp chopped scallions/parsley
15g (1 tbsp) sugar
113g (1/2 cup) semi froze unsalted butter
180ml (3/4 cup) buttermilk
50g (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese & more for topping
Directions:
1. In a bowl put flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2. Then add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add the butter and mix.
4. Then add buttermilk, scallions, garlic and cheese.
5. Make a dough and spread it.
6. Cut the biscuits and bake at 400°F/200° for 15/20 minutes.
