White chocolate cream: the perfect recipe to fill and to decorate your dessert

Ingredients:
4 gr gelatin
340 gr white chocolate
200 ml of fresh whole milk
10 grams of glucose
400 ml of fresh cream
Directions:
1. Put the gelatin in cold water for 15 minutes.
2. Break the chocolate and melt it in a double boiler.
3. Heat the milk, then add the glucose and gelatin.
4. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the white chocolate and mix.
5. Then add the cream and whip, leave in the fridge overnight.
6. Then beat with the electric whisk and enjoy this wonder.
