Moroccan bread: perfect for your spicy dishes!

So easy to make, the result is super delicious!

INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups) Flour
250g (1 1/2 cup) Semolina
8g (2 tsp) Baking powder
10g (1 tbsp) Sugar
4g (1 tsp) Salt
350ml (1 ½ cup) Water
100g (1/2 cup) Butter

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add flour, semolina, baking powder. Mix and add water. Knead the dough ad leave it for 45 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into balls. Leave them for another 10 minutes.
  3. Spread each ball, cover them with melted butter, cut them and then fold.
  4. Spread the folded ball and put it onto the pan. Flip a few times until it is cooked. Serve.
