Pistachio tiramisù: the different and tasty version of the famous dessert

Ingredients:
250gr mascarpone
3 yolks
60g sugar
200ml cream
90gr pistachio paste
4gr gelatin in sheets
200gr ladyfingers
250ml coffee
40gr chopped pistachios
Directions:
1. First make an excellent coffee and let it cool.
2. Put the gelatin in cold water.
3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone and the pistachio cream.
4. Whip the cream with 10 g of sugar.
5. Dissolve the gelatine and add to the pistachio cream.
6. Also add the cream and assemble the tiramisu.
7. Refrigerate and serve.
