Puff pastry muffin: the recipe to make them so delicious

Ingredients:
500 gr puff pastry
Custard:
3 yolks
100 gr sugar
1 pinch of vanillin
Lemon peel
300 ml milk
30 gr flour
Directions:
1. Spread the puff pastry and cut it.
2. Place the dough into the molds and bake at 400°F/200° for 15 minutes.
3. Mix the yolks with sugar, vanillin and lemon peel.
4. Add milk and flour, bring to boil and make a cream.
5. Let it cool and fill the muffin.
