Giant potato croquettes: how to make this amazing recipe

Ingredients:
Potatoes 800 gr
salt
Dill
Parmesan 50 gr
black pepper
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Cheese 125 gr
Cooked ham 125 gr
For breading:
6 slices pancarrè
Eggs 2
For frying:
Vegetable oil
salt
Dill
Parmesan 50 gr

Directions:
1. Cut and boil the potatoes in salted water.
2. Blend in toasted bread and toast for 5 minutes.
3. Mash the potatoes and mix them with dill, parmesan, pepper, breadcrumbs.
4. Make the croquettes by filling them with cheese and ham.
5. Pass the croquettes in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in hot oil.
