Upside down pineapple cake: the delicious and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
150 gr butter
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
150 gr flour
100 gr coconut flour
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of vanilla yeast for cakes
100 gr whole milk
200 gr chopped pineapple
Moreover:
q.b. Brown sugar
q.b. sliced pineapple for surface
Preparation:
1.Mix the butter with the sugar.
2.Then add the eggs, flour, coconut flour and salt.
3. Add the yeast, milk and chopped pineapple.
4. Cover the base of a pan with brown sugar and pineapple slices, pour the mixture and bake at 175 ° C for about 40 minutes.
