Biscuit cake: the creamy recipe to try

Ingredients:
2 eggs
220 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla-flavored sugar
50 g of corn starch
Greek yoghurt or sour cream
70 g of butter
18 biscuits
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk the eggs and add sugar, vanilla-flavored sugar and cornstarch.
2. The add yoghurt (or sour cream) and heat on the stove.
3. Continuously stir until it thickens.
4. Then add butter and let cool.
5. Assemble the cake with the biscuits and let it cool in the fridge.
6. Decorate with some powdered sugar.
