Berries pie: the recipe for a simple dessert that everybody will love

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
150 g of sugar
A pinch of salt
1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
250 g of butter
Lemon peel
Berries jam
Directions:
1. Sift the flour and pour it onto a work surface.
2. In the middle mix salt, sugar, eggs, grated lemon peel and the butter cut in pieces.
3. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
4. Cover it with some plastic wrap and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Spread the dough with a rolling pin and place it in a mold.
6. Fill with jam.
7. With what's left of the dough make some stripes and place them on top of the pie to decorate.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes.
9. Serve the pie decorated with some powdered sugar.
