Calzones with pesto, ham and cheese: ready in just 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 rolls of Pizza dough
400g of Basil pesto
150g of Cheese
100g of Prosciutto
Pesto oil for brushing

METHOD
1. Roll out the first roll of pizza dough and brush it with the pesto forming a rectangle shape. Add 9 small rectangles of cheese and add the piece of prosciutto to each cheese.
2. Cover with another roll of pizza dough and flatten the edges well. Cut the dough with a dough cutter to obtain 9 buns.
3. Transfer the buns to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush them with pesto oil.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake the buns at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
