Homemade pancakes: the easy and fast recipe to try

Ingredients: 
2 eggs 
50 g of sugar 
A pinch of vanillin 
2 tbsp of sunflower seeds oil 
250 ml of milk 
200 g of flour 
2 tsp of baking powder 
 
Directions: 
1. Mix eggs and sugar. 
2. Then add vanillin, oil, milk, flour and lastly baking powder. 
3. Make a smooth batter and blend well. 
4. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the pancakes.
