Pancake skewers: delicious and easy to prepare!

Here's a fun recipe that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
200g (1 1/4 cup) flour
260ml (1 cup, 2 tbsp) milk
20ml (1.5 tbsp) oil
40g (1/4 cup) sugar
8g baking powder
10g cocoa powder
Hazelnut cream
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar, yeast, egg, oil and milk.
  2. Divide it into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second.
  3. Make many little pancakes on the hot pan and fry it from both sides.
  4. Serve it on the skewers with hazelnut cream.
