Cheese scallions bread: the recipe to make it fluffy and savory

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
213 g of flour
1 cup of water
Half a tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of dry yeast
1 egg
- For decoration:
Different cheeses
Scallion
Vegetable oil
Aromatic herbs
Salt, pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. For the dough: mix water, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes.
2. Aside, blend flour, salt and oil.
3. Mix the two mixtures and add egg.
4. Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover it and let rise for 50-60 minutes.
5. Once it's risen, place the dough onto a floured work surface and spread it using your hands (you can also divide it into 2 pieces).
6. Brush with some olive oil then place cheese pieces onto the edges.
7. Fold the dough in between the cheese pieces and seal pressing with your fingers.
8. In the middle place some mozzarella, or any other cheese you like.
9. Season with aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
10. Bake at 225 degrees for 15 minutes.
11. Decorate with some cherry tomatoes before serving.
