Mushroom burgers: the recipe for a tasty dinner that will amaze your guests

Ingredients:
500 g of champignon mushrooms
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 g of herbs to taste
200 g of chicken breast
1 onion
1 egg
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. After washing them, remove the stems from the mushrooms.
2. Place the mushrooms in a tray covered in aluminum foil.
3. In a bowl mix oil and herbs.
4. Use this mix to season the mushrooms.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Grind the meat and season it with oil and spices.
7. In a pan let fry the chopped onion for a couple of minutes with some vegetable oil.
8. Finely chop the mushrooms' stems and cook them with the onion.
9. Add the onion and mushrooms mix to the chicken and crack a egg into it.
10. Mix well with a spoon, then use this mix to form some patties.
11. Fry the patties in a pan until golden on both sides.
12. Use the mushroom caps as if they were burgers to fill with lettuce, tomatoes and patties.
