Fluffy white cake: the recipe for a tasty and easy to make dessert

Ingredients:
- For the custard:
6 egg yolks
150 g of sugar
15 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of flour
300 g of yoghurt or sour cream
- For the batter
6 egg whites
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of citric acid (or 1 tsp of lemon juice)
50 g of sugar
70 g of flour
100 g of powdered sugar
- For the filling
100 g of butter
Directions:
1. Separate yolks from whites.
2. In a saucepan add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk.
3. Add the flour too and continue mixing.
4. Mix in the yoghurt.
5. Boil the mix and continue mixing.
6. Cook until you get a thick and lump-free cream. Then let it cool covered with some plastic wrap.
7. In a bowl whip the whites with a pinch of salt.
8. Add in the citric acid (or lemon juice) and sugar.
9. Sift flour and powdered sugar and add them to the egg whites mix.
10. Pour the batter in a cake pan (18 cm diameter).
11. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 30/35 minutes.
12. Whisk the butter for 3/4 minutes to make it soft.
13. Add the custard you made before a little at a time and continue mixing.
14. Demold the cake and remove the external golden layer.
15. Cut the cake into 2 equal parts.
16. Fill with the custard cream and use it refine the cake exterior too.
