Salmon with asparagus: the recipe for a simple and savory fish dish

Ingredients:
500 g of salmon
Salt, pepper and sweet paprika
Olive oil
Fresh parsley
Spicy oil
Garlic
1 lemon zest
1 lemon juice
250 g of asparagus
70 ml of water
- For the salad:
Lettuce
Feta cheese
1 small onion
Half a lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Start by seasoning salmon with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
2. In a pan heat some olive oil and cook the salmon in it, 3 to 4 minutes each side.
3. In the salmon cooking juice add spicy oil, garlic and chopped parsley.
4. Add lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper and chopped lemon zest.
5. Clean the asparagus and cook them in a pan with some olive oil and a garlic clove.
6. Cover them with water and cook for 9 minutes.
7. In a plate assemble the salad with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, feta, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Lastly, season with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
8. Serve the salad as a side dish with salmon and asparagus.
