Baked salmon: the tasty recipe for a delicious sea dish

Ingredients: 
Salmon 
Garlic 
Salt 
Pepper
Fresh parsley 
Tangerine zest (or any other citrus fruit) 
Extravirgin olive oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Wash the salmon and make some little cuts on it. 
2. Place the salmon in a baking tray and add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, tangerine zest and oil. 
3. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
