Baked potato roses: the recipe for a beautiful and tasty side dish

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Aromatic herbs
Oil
Water
Shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them in thin slices (about 2mm).
2. Wrap some slices to make the inside of the rose.
3. Place the potato roll in the middle of a buttered baking cup.
4. Place some more potato slices to form the rose petals starting from the outer edge of the baking cup.
5. In a plat mix some water with salt and oil, the add in the herbs you prefer.
6. Brush the herbs mix on the potato rose surface.
7. Finish with some shredded cheese.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
