Apple cake with custard: the soft and tasty dessert for you to try

Ingredients:
- For the batter
1 egg (at room temperature)
50 g of granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
8 g of vanillin
50 g of seed oil
125 g of natural yogurt
50 ml of warm water
15 g of brewer's yeast
240 g of sifted white flour
10 g of baking powder
2 apples
Half a lemon juice
- For the custard:
250 ml of milk
1 egg
40 g of sugar
1 tbsp of corn flour
8g of vanillin
Directions:
1. For the batter: mix the egg with sugar and salt. Then add in vanillin, oil, yogurt, yeast, flour and baking powder.
2. Blend well then pour the batter into a baking pan. Let rise for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the apple and season them with some lemon juice.
4. Now make the custard and let it cool.
5. Assemble the cake and bake at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
