Ingredients:

Directions:
1. First chop the garlic and add the oil, salt and pepper, mix well.
2. Cut the meat and season it with the freshly prepared mixture.
3. Wrap the meat with string and add the spices.
4. Cut onion, carrot, celery and sauté.
5. Add the meat, milk and cook for 90 minutes.
6. Cut the meat and serve with the seasoning.
