Red bell pepper hummus: the creamy and tasty recipe

Ingredients: 
200 g of chickpeas
1 tbsp of tahina
30 ml of chickpeas water
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 red bell pepper 
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt 
20 ml of extra virgin olive oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Clean the bell pepper. 
2. Bake the bell pepper in ventilated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. 
3. In a mixer add drained chickpeas, the bell pepper, the lemon juice, the chickpeas water, salt, garlic and tahina.
4. Blend until you get a soft cream.
